Overview
Il Milanese Curioso, renewed restaurant of the historical hotel Sheraton Diana Majestic, boasts an elegant dining room with golden cupolas in Art Déco-style, overlooking the wonderful private garden, where during the spring and summer months, guests can sit outside and experience the shadow of centuries-old and sweet-scented trees such as magnolia, plane, horse chestnut and wisteria, in a peaceful green oasis where silence is broken only by the sound of water gushing from the fountain. The result is a perfect harmony combining the pleasure of the table and the discovering of the ancient Mediterranean flavours with the wellness assured by healthy methods of execution and cooking.
The choice in favour of a cuisine tied to the region is evident also looking at the Wines menu: they are all Italian labels, with the exception of the wines proposed by the special Wines of the World carte.
Everyday Il Milanese Curioso restaurant offers the delicious Everyday Lunch, a pétite carte in which the essence of the excellent cuisine proposed by the Chef Paolo Croce finds expression in tasty and light dishes.
For who loves to wake up late in the Sunday mornings, the Sunday Brunch is perfect: a really rich buffet which beyond the classic proposals such as cereals, yoghurts, brioches and fruits juices, features a selection of dishes for true gourmet: turban of shrimps and salmon, buckwheat “lasagnette” with bitto cheese, green beans and potatoes, saddle of murat veal with Parma ham, foie gras and truffle, and millefeuille with zabaglione and passion fruit.

| Cuisine The new Chef Paolo Croce, coming from Mazzara del Vallo, reveals its origins choosing a cuisine inspired to the regional traditions, in which the classic products of the Meditteranean traditions are revisited in order to reduce the caloric injection and improve digestibility, fitting them to the contemporary demands.
