Overview
Le Bourbon is the French signature restaurant of Le Méridien Budapest. Since its inauguration in 2000, it has earned a distinguished name for its elegant service and first-rate French cuisine. During the hot summer months, a terrace on Budapest’s most recently established shopping street Deák Ferenc invites guests for open-air dining.
Cuisine The cuisine at Le Bourbon is unquestionably French whilst retaining a focus on Hungarian tradition and taste. It is the only restaurant in Budapest to offer a cheese trolley with 10 varieties of fine French cheese delivered weekly from the famous market halls of Paris.
