After a creative background, Gilles Grasteau worked as a cuisine chef for respectable House Dalloyau and Lenôtre for which he practised the art of creation, the variety of flavours, research and innovation. Gilles Grasteau proposes a purified and simple carte highlighting the product, without superfluous nor ostentation.
